Sound, lighting and LED screen hire across Toowoomba and the Darling Downs — Highfields, Westbrook, Kearneys Spring, Gowrie, Oakey, Pittsworth, Crows Nest, Gatton and the Lockyer Valley, Dalby, Warwick and Stanthorpe — and the rest of SE QLD by arrangement.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere around Toowoomba and the Darling Downs, plus SE QLD by arrangement. Delivery and pickup is quoted on application. Set-up and pack-down can be added to your quote.
Do you supply someone to run it?
Yes. Our sound, lighting and video technicians can set up and run your event from $66/hr. For speeches and parties we'll show you how everything works so you can run it yourself.
How do I book?
Send a quote request below. You'll get a quote you can accept online, and a 50% deposit locks in your date. The balance is due 7 days before the event. Read our hire terms.
What power do I need?
Standard 10 amp power points near the stage or speaker area. Out in a paddock or a park? Ask about our battery power system.
Do your prices include GST?
Yes. All prices on this page include GST.
How long does setup take?
We agree a bump-in time on your quote so everything is set up and sound-checked before guests arrive. The LED screen sets up in under 15 minutes. Bigger band and lighting rigs need a few hours, so let us know when the venue opens.
What if it rains?
Gear must stay dry and safe. For outdoor events we'll talk through cover, such as a marquee or stage roof, when we quote. If the weather, the site or the power becomes unsafe, we may hold off on setting up or pause the equipment.
What's the deposit and cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit secures your date and the balance is due 7 days before the hire. Cancel more than 14 days out for a full refund, less any costs already spent. Our hire terms have the full details.
Can you help with weddings?
Yes — ceremony and speeches PA, reception sound and lighting, and live streaming for family who can't be there. Even if it's in the middle of a field.
