Can the screens go outdoors?
Yes. The screens are IP65 rated for outdoor use. If the weather turns unsafe, we may pause them to protect the gear and the crowd.
What can I play on it?
Video, slides and images from a USB stick or an app, or anything with HDMI, like a laptop, a camera or a TV box for live sport.
How long does it take to set up?
A single screen is up and running in under 15 minutes. Allow more time for the 6-screen wall, and we'll agree a bump-in time on your quote.
Do you supply someone to run it?
Yes. Our video technicians can run screens, cameras and live feeds from $66/hr.
How do I book?
Send a quote request and you'll get a quote you can accept online. A 50% deposit locks in your date and the balance is due 7 days before the hire. See our hire terms.
